Affordable Flat Fees
In most cases, I charge an affordable flat fee for litigation work. This eliminates charges for phone calls and face-to-face meetings, conferences, travel time, and other irritating items. With a cost estimate in hand, and my estimation of the likely outcome of the dispute, you will be able to make an informed decision on how to proceed.
This flat fee approach also means that I will seek to resolve the case in your favor in the most efficient and timely manner possible.
Personal injury cases are taken on a contingency basis. You will owe a fee only if I recover for you.
